Prices are great and competitive without being so cheap you wonder what you're getting, great balance. Customer service was spot on, I messed up my order, Lynsey in customer service helped me out and was truly lovely, I felt like I was having a brew with her. She sorted my issue and my correct order was delivered the very next day. Impressive! I've just finished setting the bed up, it feels of very good quality, looks fantastic and I am absolutely over the moon. The delivery lads were great too. So why aren't all businesses ran like this??
