Always kept informed about delivery. Given a time slot, but even when the delivery drivers were running behind I was updated and informed ofAlways kept informed about delivery. Drivers did there best to keep to time scale and even got to me before I was expecting (after being told they were delayed. Fantastic service.

Purchased a trundle bed and the side of it snapped after 6 months. As I couldnt be sure if it was a weakness orPurchased a trundle bed and the side of it snapped after 6 months. As I couldnt be sure if it was a weakness or not, I contacted the company to see if I could purchase a spare piece. Communication was excellent and they got back to me saying they could not send a replacement part as it wasn't available, but would send me a brand new bed, free of charge. I offered to pay the delivery, but they said it was fine. A special shout out to Lynsey, who was professional and prompt and a credit to your customer service team. Things go wrong, but is how it is dealt with that makes a company stand out from the rest.
