First class after sales service. Absolutely top class. When we assembled the new bed we realised that one of the drawers was faulty =First class after sales service. Absolutely top class. When we assembled the new bed we realised that one of the drawers was faulty = disaster. These things can normally be a real pain in the neck to resolve. Not here. We reported the problem to Shelby at the Customer Services and the communications have been fantastic. Regular and clear communications - and the replacement parts are now identified and being sent.
