Sleep Tips for Kids – An Educational Resource
Teach and learn about sleep hygiene
Whether you’re a teacher or a parent, educating children about the importance of a good night's sleep is essential. After all, being well rested can help with everything from kids’ development to their behaviour, and their bed can be a big factor of this!.
Here at Happy Beds, our motto is 'because everybody needs a good night's sleep', and we're committed to helping everyone get their forty winks. So, we've teamed up with Sleep Therapist Kirsty Vant to create a useful animated sleep video for children, and a fun quiz to test their sleep hygiene knowledge.
Give it a go, and don’t forget to let us know how your little ones got on over on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
It’s time to get educated about sleep!
