Why is the price of my Standard Delivery Service different?

A: Our Standard Delivery Service starts from £10, but some postcodes will see a higher price due to their location. This is not something that we want to charge our customers, but our courier company adds a charge to certain postcodes due to being considered harder to reach.

Why is there no delivery option on the date I would like?

A: We aim to deliver on most days, including weekdays and Saturdays. Some items are available for Sunday delivery, but this is based on an item-by-item basis. If there is no Sunday delivery option showing, then your item does not qualify for Sunday delivery. If you aren’t able to see any delivery options on a date other than Sunday, please contact our customer service team, and they’ll be able to assist you.

What if I need to change my delivery date after buying the Standard Delivery Service?

A: You can amend your delivery date before the order is dispatched; once dispatched, we may not be able to amend the date. Unfortunately, the time provided for the delivery is a guide only and could be subject to change depending on the courier company. Should you need further assistance, we request you contact our Customer Service Team who will assist further.
